Job Description



Purpose of Position:

This position will provide administrative support to staff for the Warden's Office.


This position is a Pay Band 40.



Classification Description



Secretary, Except Legal, Medical & Executive Operational



Minimum Qualifications



High School Diploma or GED and three (3) months of related experience in office administration.


Employment Requirements:

Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License. Employment is subject to a pre-employment background investigation and is conditional pending results.

Working Conditions:

Work is performed in an office setting, with exposure to Visual/Video display Terminal (VDT) and extensive personal computer and phone usage. This position includes some contact with adult inmates.
